Objectives of this Role Grow a brand presence with a modern and consistent aesthetic across all marketing material Elevate user engagement through compelling design that captures attention, communicates value, and guides users through their journey Deliver performance growth by supporting our lead generation, customer nurturing, and brand awareness objectives What you’ll be doing Data‑Informed Creation: Use customer insights, trends and best practices to devise, create & develop brand growth assets Design & Go‑to‑Market Strategies: Plan, support & create effective designs that engage target audience and deliver success Branding & Visuals: Ensure all designs maintain a consistent and modern SaaS brand identity Digital Design: Create digital assets for social media, advertising, email, and documents Web Design: Design and update web pages with a focus on visual appeal and user experience Event & Presentation Assets: Design presentation templates and event visuals for virtual and in‑person events Project Ownership: Lead design projects from start to finish, independently and with team Partner with external marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve brand creative What you’ll bring Experience working in a B2B SaaS company is essential You care about driving growth and results You have foundational knowledge in content design with a solid understanding of UX principles and a passion for creating seamless user journeys You are an artistic and creative thinker comfortable using data to measure success and inform design choices You are a proactive problem‑solver who can manage projects from start to finish You can work independently and lead a task, but you also excel as part of a team You care deeply about the quality of your work and are committed to ensuring everything that goes out to the public is polished and professional Requirements 4 to 5 years of experience in this position Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or Master’s degree in relevant field Proven experience designing marketing assets, journeys and campaigns Strong experience with Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva etc Strong project management, multitasking, and decision‑making skills Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Metrics‑driven creative mind Experience with a MarTech or marketing automation platform is highly preferred Benefits Growth Opportunities: Access to professional development and career growth within a rapidly expanding SaaS company Collaborative Culture: Work in a supportive and innovative environment where your contributions are valued Competitive Benefits: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package D.Engage is an equal‑opportunity employer.
