Key Responsibilities Claims Management Review and process pet insurance claims with precision and care. Assess veterinary documentation to determine eligibility under policy guidelines. Make informed decisions on approvals, partial payments, or rejections. Identify and escalate potential fraud. Negotiate claim costs where appropriate. Customer & Stakeholder Support Communicate empathetically with policyholders via phone and email. Provide clear updates and guidance throughout the claims process. Liaise with veterinarians and clinics to gather necessary documentation. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate records in our claims system.
