Responsibilities Lead advanced support across servers, networks, cloud platforms, and security. Take ownership of critical incidents, drive system improvements, and guide the wider team with technical expertise. What We Are Looking For / Requirements Demonstrated and robust experience in 3rd Line IT support or senior technical escalation roles Strong troubleshooting skills across server, network, and cloud environments Expertise in Microsoft Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 administration Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and advanced networking (Cisco, VLANs) PowerShell scripting and automation skills Proven ability to lead projects and mentor team members Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools.
