As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a talented HVAC Sales Engineer to help drive our growth. Job Responsibilities : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for HVAC products and services. Identify and target potential customers in the commercial and industrial sectors, including contractors, building owners, and Facility Managers. Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and propose suitable HVAC solutions to meet their requirements. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our HVAC systems. Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for customers. Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotations and negotiate pricing and terms with customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products and services in the market. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sales follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and the successful implementation of sold HVAC systems. Qualifications and Skills : Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably in the commercial and industrial sectors. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and controls. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
