Position Summary Project Coordinator (P7) (REF : INH / PC). The Project Coordinator, supporting the Chief Operations Officer, is crucial in ensuring the streamlined execution and the operational success of projects. They assist in planning, organising resources, tracking progress, and communicating updates, all while maintaining adherence to deadlines and budgets. This role facilitates effective teamwork and stakeholder communication, ensuring that project goals align with organisational objectives and standards. Their support is instrumental in the successful delivery of projects, contributing significantly to the company's strategic achievements and operational efficiency. Detailed Description Project Planning and Support Assist in developing project plans and schedules. Coordinate and allocate resources as needed. Maintain and update project documentation. Track project milestones and deadlines. Support risk management and mitigation planning. Facilitate project review and evaluation sessions. Communication and Coordination Serve as a liaison between project teams and other departments. Organise and document internal and external meetings. Manage project communication plans and update stakeholders. Address and resolve any communication issues within the project team. Coordinate team assignments and follow up on progress. Collect and distribute project information to relevant parties. Monitoring and Reporting Track project progress against goals and benchmarks. Prepare and deliver regular project reports. Monitor budget and report on expenditures. Gather data for performance analysis and continuous improvement. Identify and report potential project issues.Support the Project Manager in stakeholder reporting and presentations. Quality and Standards Compliance Ensure project outputs meet quality standards. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures. Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Coordinate quality checks and audits. Implement corrective actions to address any deficiencies. Maintain records of compliance and quality performance.
