Performance Marketing Digital Designer OLIVER+ is a global creative agency specializing in film, CGI, automation, AI, motion design, and digital / print content. Role – Performance Marketing Digital Designer – Remote until further notice. Team – Newly formed high‑impact marketing team, working closely with the Head of Marketing. Focus on delivering visually stunning, impactful, and effective digital design across performance marketing channels. What You'll Be Doing Produce digital‑first design solutions from brief to completion, ensuring alignment with performance marketing goals. Create inspiring and exciting content across digital platforms including social media, web, and email. Lead creative ideation and execution for digital campaigns, ensuring consistency and quality across all visual assets. Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and performance marketers to ensure design supports campaign KPIs. Translate complex behavioral science concepts into compelling visual storytelling. Support transition from the existing team, ensuring continuity and creative uplift. Requirements 5+ years of experience in digital design, including motion graphics, web design, UX / UI, and production. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and motion / video tools such as After Effects and Premiere. Proven ability to deliver high‑impact creative work in performance marketing environments. Experience working across static and motion online banners, social media posts, and responsive web design. Excellent typography, layout, and technical skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple brief and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Strong understanding of UX and latest social and digital technology trends.
