This campaign deals with inbound & outbound collections, various back‑office tasks and general enquiries. You will respond to all incoming and outbound calls in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner using the relevant campaign guidelines, scripts, and systems. The pace is fast with frequent calls, ensuring a dynamic day assisting numerous people daily. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided throughout your career. Prior knowledge is not required; a willingness to learn and a drive to excel are essential. Requirements Minimum passed Grade 12 / Equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of collections experience as an advisor within the BPO/Contact Centre Industry. Must be available to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays in line with client requirements. Clear Credit and criminal record check. Computer literate. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in a contact centre is essential.
