Overview Global Forwarding Logistics & Freight Full-Time Our client, a global leader in freight forwarding, is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Exec to grow their customer base. You’ll focus on acquiring new business, building strong client relationships and delivering tailored freight solutions across international markets. Are you a high-performing, proven experience in Air and Sea Freight? Your previous experience in Air & Sea Freight sales and deep industry knowledge will make you great for this role. Details TYPE: PERMANENT EXPERIENCE: 5 Years in a Freight Logistics sales role COMMENCEMENT: ASAP LOCATION: Gauteng Qualifications / Experience Required 5–8 years in freight forwarding logistics or transport sales Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition A university degree and strong commercial acumen Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, resilient and results-focused Role & Responsibilities Identify and win new B2B customers across air, ocean and road freight Manage and grow a portfolio of medium to large clients Understand customer needs and recommend end-to-end logistics solutions Deliver high-impact presentations and negotiate commercial terms Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer onboarding Drive pipeline development, CRM accuracy and achievement of sales KPIs PLEASE NOTE : By applying for this role you consent to be added to the iSanqa database and to receive updates until you unsubscribe.
