ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with JIRA / Confluence
- Experience in Agile / Scrum Project Approach
- A broad knowledge of the project lifecycle
- Experience leading regional test teams
- Advocates test asset reuse within IT portfolio
- Manager to understand what actions are required to close out findings
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THE ROLE:
- Capability as a Test Manager (minimum 5+ years)
- Proven ability to manage a team (minimum 3+ years)
- Resource planning and estimation
- Owning & tracking the test plan and phases
- Documenting and evidencing test findings and flows
- Appreciates the need to plan and manage projects through the benefits they deliver
- Experience working within the motor manufacturing industry
- A background in testing of cloud-based applications
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participating in the preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics, formulating go-no go statements based on reports and metrics, test progress, and defect status
- Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system
- Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams
- Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high-quality deliverables for clients
- Applying standards and specialist quality assurance expertise to deliver, whilst providing effective management to teams
