ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in test planning and strategies
  • Quality assurance methodologies
  • Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams
  • Effectively follow the software development life cycle
  • Engagement with stakeholders at all levels

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with JIRA / Confluence
  • Experience in Agile / Scrum Project Approach
  • A broad knowledge of the project lifecycle
  • Experience leading regional test teams
  • Advocates test asset reuse within IT portfolio
  • Manager to understand what actions are required to close out findings

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THE
ROLE:

  • Capability as a Test Manager (minimum 5+ years)
  • Proven ability to manage a team (minimum 3+ years)
  • Resource planning and estimation
  • Owning & tracking the test plan and phases
  • Documenting and evidencing test findings and flows
  • Appreciates the need to plan and manage projects through the benefits they deliver
  • Experience working within the motor manufacturing industry
  • A background in testing of cloudbased applications

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participating in the preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics, formulating gono go statements based on reports and metrics, test progress, and defect status
  • Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system
  • Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams
  • Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of highquality deliverables for clients
  • Applying standards and specialist quality assurance expertise to deliver, whilst providing effective management to teams
