An opportunity exists for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join the school as soon as possible. Role Overview Executive Assistant to the Headmistress serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the office of the Headmistress. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the Boys Prep Management Team, organises and coordinates school events and oversees any special projects. Duties (not an exhaustive list) Calendar and Correspondence Management : Oversee the Headmistress schedule, appointments and manage communications. Confidential Information Handling : Maintain professionalism and discretion in managing sensitive information. Administrative Support : Prepare letters, reports, minutes and other documents as needed. Proofread communication and edit for accuracy, consistency and professionalism. Organise and maintain confidential records including meeting notes. Interview coordination. Submit weekly payment requisitions. Meetings and Events Coordination : Coordinate school-specific events and special projects. Capture key moments at events with photography. Creative Communications : Collaborate on internal and external communications with the marketing team. Produce engaging presentations, newsletters and materials. Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant. Proven experience and proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite. A degree in Business Administration would be an advantage. Experience in the education sector would be an advantage. Marketing experience would be an advantage. Skills and Attributes Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels. Ability to build positive rapport with colleagues, pupils and parents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent planning and organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Confidence to take charge of difficult situations, work under pressure and meet deadlines. A high level of energy, integrity and confidentiality. Strong creative vision with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content. Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours. Committed to upholding the St Peter's ethos.
