Requirements: Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and experience in translating business problems into data-driven solutions, including handling large datasets, data validation, and statistical analysis Understanding of big data analysis and programming tools such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, AI An understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management, including governance requirements An understanding of the financial services industry Proficiency in SQL Bachelor’s degree grade 60% or above in any discipline Eligibility to work in South Africa English level B2 or higher Career coaching and access to upskilling throughout your entire FDM career Initial upskilling pre-assignment that has been accredited by TechSkills Assignments with global companies and opportunities to work abroad Opportunity to obtain certifications from Microsoft, Salesforce, Cisco and more Access to the Buy As You Earn share scheme About FDM We are a business and technology consultancy and one of the UK's leading graduate employers, recruiting the brightest talent to become the innovators of tomorrow.
