Company Description Founded in 2007, Reload Logistics began as an independent logistics provider with a bold vision: to simplify and connect Africa’s complex supply chains. Over the years, we have expanded rapidly across Southern Africa and the Middle East, building a strong presence in over 13 countries. Headquartered in Dubai, with deep operational roots in key African trade corridors, we have grown into a trusted partner for international freight forwarding, cross-border transportation, warehousing, project cargo, and customs clearance solutions. From managing over 800,000 sqm of warehousing space to operating a fleet of 1,000+ trucks and 200 rail wagons, Reload continues to invest in infrastructure and innovation. Today, Reload Logistics is a reliable and forward-thinking logistics leader, empowering trade and connectivity across Africa and beyond. Role Overview We're looking for a Talent Partner who’s not just a recruiter, but a true business partner. Someone who understands the power of people and can connect top talent with purpose. You’ll play a key role in shaping our hiring strategy across Africa, building diverse pipelines, and bringing in the kind of people who help us scale smart and sustainably. If you're passionate about connecting people with opportunities and thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Own Recruitment Strategy: Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, helping them define workforce needs and build effective hiring plans across logistics, operations, tech, and commercial teams. Communication: Whilst working with key stakeholders of the business, communication should be maintained at a high standard ensuring steady engagement. Regional Talent Partnering: Drive recruitment across key African markets(South Africa, Namibia, Zambia, DRC and many others), understanding the local talent landscape and cultural nuances. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring for mid to senior roles — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation — with a focus on quality, speed, and experience. Talent Pipelining: Use a mix of proactive headhunting, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry networks to build and nurture long-term candidate relationships. Champion DEI: Build inclusive hiring strategies to ensure diversity across functions and geographies. Brand & Experience: Enhance our employer brand in regional markets and deliver a top-tier candidate experience at every touchpoint. Insights & Reporting: Use data to optimize hiring processes and report on key metrics like time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rates, and sourcing effectiveness. Role Requirements 6+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a senior or regional role. Strong background recruiting across emerging markets, especially within the African regions. Experience hiring in logistics, supply chain, transport, or FMCG sectors is a strong plus. Comfortable working across cultures, markets, and leadership styles. Confident with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms) and headhunting passive talent. Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills — you know how to engage both candidates and stakeholders. Agile, curious, and solutions-oriented. #J-18808-Ljbffr
