The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination:
  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects, ensuring all activities align with the projects scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop detailed project plans, work schedules, and budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to establish project goals and milestones
Budget & Cost Management:
  • Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost control measures to keep projects within financial guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.
  • Review and approve invoices and change orders, ensuring they are accurate and in line with project specifications
Team Leadership & Communication:
  • Manage and lead project teams, providing direction, motivation, and support.
  • Foster positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, ensuring transparency and clarity across all levels.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, identify issues, and resolve problems
Project Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, permits, safety records, and inspection reports.
  • Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, detailing progress, challenges, and financial status
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, regulatory, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee quality control processes, conducting inspections and assessments to ensure work meets or exceeds specifications.
  • Address any non-compliance issues and ensure corrective actions are taken

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in project management or a related field (Advantageous)
  • Experience working in sustainable building design, Construction, Real-estate or Architecture.
  • Solid understanding of building systems, materials, and construction processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship
