Mandatory (M) Responsibilities: Implement Salesforce Communications Cloud (or Vlocity) and Service Cloud solutions. Maintain and support existing Salesforce Communications Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. Collaborate with multiple business units to ensure the system meets the needs of the contact center and other departments. Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and expertise in cloud solutions. Ensure the team has the necessary certifications and training to effectively support Salesforce solutions. Skills: Strong project management skills, proven by PMP Certification. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Communications Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience working in environments with multiple business units and contact centers. Leadership skills to manage and guide a team.
