Key Responsibilities Prospecting, listing, price counselling, negotiating offers, and marketing properties against set KPIs. Present an irresistible value proposition to potential clients. Provide a premium experience for clients by constantly communicating on deal statuses and delivering outstanding results. What We Require Must think like a business owner and work from a carefully formulated business strategy. High work ethic, ambitious, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Minimum of 3 years of real‑estate experience. Strong networking abilities and a solid sales track record. Your Skillset NQF 4 PDE 4 (Professional Designation Examination) Preference given to PPRE Agents (PDE 4) Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license. Own laptop in good working condition.
