Key Responsibilities

Prospecting, listing, price counselling, negotiating offers, and marketing properties against set KPIs

Managing deal progression

Present an irresistible value proposition to potential clients

Provide a premium experience for clients by constantly communicating on deal statuses and delivering outstanding results. The successful practitioners will have access to full support and training from the leadership team and a variety of cutting-edge marketing, prospecting, and client management tools, as well as a strong local and international network of Fine & Country colleagues to collaborate with.

What We Require

Must think like a business owner and work from a carefully formulated business strategy

High work ethic, ambitious, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Have a minimum of 3 years of real estate experience

Have strong networking abilities and a solid sales track record

Your Skillset

NQF4

PDE4 (Professional Designation Examination)

Preference will be given to PPRE Agents (PDE4)

Own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver's license

Own a laptop in good working condition
