Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join the team, responsible for managing and growing existing client's relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs and objectives Develop and implement account strategies to meet client goals Coordinate with creative teams to deliver high quality work Monitor and report on campaign progress, providing insights and recommendations Identify new business opportunities and upsell or cross sell services Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery Weekly and monthly reporting to the business Will also work on a Live Dashboard Checking all external communications before they're sent out Skills Proven experience in PR and communications – with marketing experience a bonus PR agency experience a must Analytical and problem‑solving skills Strong writing and presentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to think strategically and develop effective PR solutions Business mind‑set Be adaptable Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Power Point Presentation Other industry software used will be a benefit Strong ability to multitask and prioritize Strategic thinking and problem‑solving Strong network of industry contacts and relationships Track record of driving business growth and innovation Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or related field 5‑7 years' experience as Accounts Manager Professional certification an advantage Industry‑specific experience (healthcare, finance, technology, insurance, energy or other) Remuneration To be discussed during the interview process and performance bonus.
