The Role: Management Accountant This is a key role in a high-growth, data-driven business where finance meets strategy. As Management Accountant, you'll support the FP&A Director with weekly commercial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and deep data analysis. Your insights will directly influence business decisions, helping the company scale and stay ahead in a competitive, creative industry. Key Responsibilities Minimum 3 years' experience in a management accounting or commercial finance role Compile and analyse weekly commercial reports for internal stakeholders Monitor and track revenue, cost of sales, and gross margins Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments Partner with the FP&A Director to shape financial strategy Collaborate with teams across the business to provide clear, data-driven financial insights Maintain high standards of accuracy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment About You 3+ years' experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or FP&A Strong financial reporting and Excel/data manipulation skills Confident communicator able to present financial insights to non-finance teams Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure Commercially savvy with a strategic mindset Experience working with CRM and accounting systems (desirable) Comfortable in a hybrid environment (3 days in-office required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
