Role Purpose / Business Unit To develop, structure and implement a Group Regulatory strategy to support and de-risk all infrastructure Joint ventures across the Group including large scale sharing ventures. Your responsibilities will include Develop a Regulatory and compliance strategy for the Group infrastructure investments portfolio – InfraCo’s and MNO’s as customer Lead the process of securing all required operating and any other licenses required by the InfraCo’s Establish a risk register and risk mitigation plan for all Infrastructure investments and joint ventures Create alignment across all infrastructure companies to ensure optimal alignment and best practise sharing Support the development of all the commercial Terms sheets / agreements with the legal teams Lead the establishment of the Regulatory departments within the infrastructure companies The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-year business-related qualification essential 10 Years of experience in the ICT sector preferred Core competencies, knowledge and experience Excellent presentation skills and professional discussions and negotiations with 3rd parties on C-Level Deep experience in ICT Regulatory legislation across all the Vodacom markets Deep experience in Regulatory strategy and risk management Work experience in an ICT environment and proven track record in multi-national corporations with matrix organizations Experience in driving complex new ventures – end-to-end delivery Closing date for Applications: 08 December 2025.
