We're looking for an ambitious Head Chef to help bring our vision to life and make the kitchen their own. About the Role: This is an opportunity to join at ground level and shape a brand new concept. You'll lead with kindness, set the tone for the kitchen culture, and craft a menu that excites guests and drives the business. Key Responsibilities Menu Development & Innovation: Create seasonal, creative small‑plate menus aligned with the restaurant's concept. Costing & GP Management: Develop recipes with clear costing to maintain healthy gross profit margins without compromising quality. Leadership: Build, train, and inspire a high‑performing kitchen team, setting standards for consistency, safety, and professionalism. Quality Control: Maintain exceptional food presentation and taste at all times, ensuring every plate leaves the pass at a world‑class standard. Supplier Relationships: Source and manage relationships with local, sustainable suppliers to ensure the best quality ingredients. Operational Excellence: Oversee stock control, ordering, and kitchen systems to keep service running smoothly. Guest Experience: Partner with front‑of‑house to create an unforgettable, seamless dining experience for every guest. Innovation & Ownership: Treat the kitchen like your own, bring your creativity, ideas, and drive for excellence. What We're Looking For 3–5+ years in senior kitchen roles (Sous Chef / Head Chef level). Proven experience in menu development and cost management. A collaborative leader who values a positive, respectful kitchen culture. Passion for pushing boundaries while maintaining consistency. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to thrive under pressure while keeping the team motivated. Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and food trends. What We Offer Competitive salary package.
