As a Commercial Claims Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive efficient and effective claims resolution, maintaining our reputation for excellence in the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and process commercial insurance claims in accordance with company policies and procedures. Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity and extent of claims. Negotiate settlements with policyholders, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve favourable outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim records and documentation. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and legal advisors, to expedite claims resolution. Stay informed about industry regulations and trends to ensure compliance and best practices. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred). RE and FAIS credits are mandatory. Proven experience in commercial claims handling within the insurance industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
