Qualification and Skills Requirements

• Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field.
• 3 5 years experience as marketing director.
• Marketing experience in the telecommunication sector is a bonus.
• Excellent leadership and organizing skills.
• Excellent excel and presentation skills a must.
• Deliver results within a defined time frame and strong sense of ownership.
• Passionate about new ideas, solving problems, and delivering results.
• Well-presented and neat.
• Proactive and pay attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to work well under pressure.
• Must have a valid drivers licence.

Duties and responsibilities

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitors offerings.
• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the companys business activities.
• Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
• Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
• Plan and execute campaigns for promotion, launching of new product lines etc.
• Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors marketing movements.
• Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
• Monitor project status and budget.
• Stay informed about changing advertising trends.
• Development of marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, and other departments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers.
