Group Finance Director Listed Food & Beverage Manufacturer & Distributor. Location: Saint Lucia (Full Relocation + Housing Provided). NOTE: This is a full time international opportunity. We are seeking an experienced Group Finance Director to join a leading listed food & beverage manufacturing and distribution group headquartered in Saint Lucia. This is a senior leadership role offering a tax-free package, full relocation support, and housing provided. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the group's financial strategy, planning, and reporting across multiple business units. Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations. Provide strategic financial insights to the Board and Executive Committee to support decision-making and long-term growth. Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management across the group. Implement and strengthen controls, systems, and governance processes. Drive efficiency, profitability, and sustainable shareholder value. Candidate Profile CA (SA) fully qualified. Minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience in a senior finance leadership role. Proven track record within manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution sectors (preferably listed environments). Strong technical expertise in IFRS, corporate governance, and financial controls. Commercially astute with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Resilient, adaptable, and motivated to relocate full‑time to Saint Lucia.
