Job Title : Food and Beverage (F&B) SupervisorReports to : F&B ManagerLocation : Rondebosch Golf ClubJob Summary : We're seeking an experienced and motivated F&B Supervisor to join our team at Rondebosch Golf Club. As an assistant to the F&B Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets, providing exceptional service to our members and guests.Key Responsibilities : Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing daily food and beverage operationsSupervise F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staffEnsure high standards of customer service, food quality, and presentationManage inventory, stock levels, and ordering processesCoordinate events and functions, including setup, execution, and breakdownImplement and maintain F&B policies, procedures, and standardsMonitor and control food and beverage costs, waste, and portion controlCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service deliveryRequirements : Relevant F&B experience, preferably in a supervisory roleStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectivelyKnowledge of F&B operations, inventory management, and cost controlExcellent customer service skills and attention to detailWhat We Offer : Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work in a dynamic and prestigious golf clubCollaborative and supportive team environmentProfessional development and growth opportunitiesIf you're passionate about delivering exceptional F&B experiences and have a proven track record in supervision, we'd love to hear from you Send your CV to #J-18808-Ljbffr
