What You’ll Do Collaborate with stakeholders to shape and clarify requirements Translate ideas into clear, actionable specifications Lead client-facing and internal workshops to capture needs and co-design solutions Bring a UX / CX mindset with rapid prototyping and iterative design Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement with an AI-first approach What We’re Looking For 5+ years as a Business or Systems Analyst (Fin‑Tech experience preferred) Strong communication and documentation skills Experience with APIs, Azure, and integration‑driven systems UX / CX awareness, prototyping, and workshop facilitation skills Naturally curious, analytical, and creative problem solver How to Apply We’re looking for the right fit, not just the right CV—and we’re prepared to pay for exceptional talent.
