Role Description

We're looking for a
curious, independent thinker
who thrives on turning ideas into solutions. As a
Business / Systems Analyst
, you'll work at the intersection of business, data, and technology for a
US-based fintech
with clients across
Africa, the Americas, Europe, and Asia
.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to understand business needs, explore possibilities, and help design scalable, intelligent solutions for a global working-capital platform.

This is not a role for note-takers. It's for someone who loves
ideation, problem solving, and creative solution design
in a fast-paced,
AI-first
environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience
    as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst (preferably in fintech, lending, or credit systems).
  • Strong ability to
    bridge business and technical discussions
    , with a knack for simplifying complexity.
  • Experience with
    APIs and cloud architecture
    (Azure preferred).
  • Strong
    UX/CX awareness
    with experience in
    rapid prototyping
    and user journey design.
  • Comfortable in
    client-facing roles
    and able to
    lead workshops
    to explore and refine requirements.
  • Confident in creating structured documentation but not stuck in structure, able to pivot quickly when ideas evolve.
  • Experience with prototyping, workflow tools, and low-fidelity design for fast iteration.
  • Naturally curious, proactive, and driven by an
    AI-first mindset
    that looks for smarter ways to solve problems.
  • Comfortable working independently but also great in a team setting.
