Junior Data Analyst

Growth Resourcing is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support key data-driven decision-making processes by collecting, processing, and analyzing data to generate insights that help drive our business forward. You will work closely with our senior management and other departments to understand their data needs and provide accurate, actionable reports. If you have a strong affinity for numbers, a passion for problem-solving, and a desire to learn and grow in the field of data analytics, we encourage you to apply Requirements Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field 1+ years of experience or internships in data analysis or a similar role Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Basic knowledge of SQL and data querying languages Understanding of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex data insights in an understandable manner Proficiency in data cleaning and preparation processes Adaptability to learn new tools and technologies as needed Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Approachable team player with a willingness to collaborate Key Attributes Proactive and innovative thinker Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful business outcomes Eager to explore and implement new technologies Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement Key Responsibilities Assist in collecting and cleaning data from various sources. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Support the creation of reports and dashboards. Collaborate with team members on data-related projects. Ensure data accuracy and integrity. Learn and apply various data analysis techniques Assist in data modeling and visualization efforts Document data sources and analysis processes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data practices.
