Main Purpose Drive operational excellence through the documentation, analysis and continuous improvement of business processes across the PG Glass Network. Assess and analyze business requirements, make evidence based recommendations that support improvements. Serve as an intermediary between relevant stakeholders and the Company, and ensure that requirements are aligned to system capability. Main Objective Drive operational excellence by documenting, analysing, and continuously improving business processes across PG Glass, so as to ensure efficiency, data-driven decisions, and alignment with strategic business objectives and customer requirements. Lead the documentation and mapping of current-state and future-state business processes, procedures, and workflows using recognized methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure version control, ownership and accessibility in a centralized repository. Conduct thorough evaluations of business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and control gaps. Propose, design, and implement optimized processes, leveraging best practices and process improvement frameworks, and measure the impact of improvements using KPIs and ROI analysis. Collect, clean, and analyse process performance data using advanced analytical tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and CRM Dynamics dashboards. Generate and present routine and ad hoc reports to management and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations, and use data analytics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for further optimization. Assess business requirements, existing workflows, and current business processes. Make suggestions and improvements where required toward improved productivity, efficiency, and intended impact with use and application/optimization of connect and associated systems. Identify and eliminate wastefulness in processes and ensure systems make the best-integrated use of workers, tools, technology, materials, information, and energy delivering to strategy. Interpret complex data and business metrics, identify problematic areas, and put forward suggestions for improvements in relation to processes. Identify improvement areas, investigate cause, effect, and impact through study/research, enabling the suggestion of efficiency improvements across the macro and micro process flow. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create new process designs in order for PG Glass to become a World Class Company delivering on strategic objectives.
