Position Overview Senior Strategy Consulting Director – Senior Strategy Consulting Director (Strategy Consulting Dir Sr) – Digital Platforms and Artificial Intelligence Office (DPAIO) division, Chief of Staff to the Chief Digital Officer. This highly strategic role offers high visibility, boardroom‑ready materials, and board‑level presentations that influence company‑wide initiatives across technology, innovation, and business growth. Location: In‑office 3 days per week; hybrid approach that requires associates to be on site 3 days to foster collaboration while allowing virtual work for productivity and work‑life balance. Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance of the posting location(s). Alternative commutable locations may be considered. Core Responsibilities Design, author, and refine executive presentations articulating enterprise‑wide AI, digital platform, and transformation initiatives. Develop board‑level strategy materials such as investment roadmaps, market insights, and transformation plans. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, distilling complex concepts into compelling narratives and decision‑making tools. Apply structured problem‑solving methodologies rooted in strategy consulting best practices. Lead market‑analysis initiatives to drive growth and oversee ROI analyses for senior management. Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration sessions to align strategy. Develop scenarios and simulations to capture potential outcomes and future scenarios. Drive enterprise‑wide strategy, innovation initiatives, and short‑ and long‑range planning processes. Travel for executive off‑sites or stakeholder engagements as needed. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 6 years in management consulting, change management, large‑scale project management, or process improvement leadership, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Progressive experience in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or enterprise transformation. Top‑tier consulting background (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar) strongly preferred. MBA or master’s degree from a leading institution strongly preferred. Proof of developing C‑level presentations and managing executive stakeholders. High EQ, executive presence, and confident storytelling for senior leaders. Ability to build structure from scratch, navigate ambiguity, and lead change with a solution‑oriented mindset. Healthcare experience preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $ (range) – $ (range). Locations: Illinois, New York.
