What You Will Be Doing Review and analyze business requirements, technical specifications, and process designs for RPA solutions. Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for RPA bots. Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on RPA solutions. Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools. Collaborate with RPA developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation workflows. Validate that bots handle exceptions, errors, and edge cases correctly. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and ensure smooth deployment of bots into production. Ensure RPA solutions meet compliance, security, and performance standards. Continuously improve testing processes, automation frameworks, and best practices. What We’re Looking For Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath (preferred), Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, VBScript, or C#) is an advantage. Solid understanding of business process workflows and automation. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple testing cycles in parallel. Experience in test automation frameworks for RPA solutions. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of APIs, SQL, and system integration testing. Who You Are Communication: Clearly articulating test findings and issues to developers, business analysts, and stakeholders. Collaboration: Working closely with RPA developers, process SMEs, and QA teams. Problem‑Solving: Investigating and troubleshooting bot failures effectively. Attention to Detail: Ensuring bots handle exceptions, edge cases, and variations in processes. Adaptability: Ability to learn new tools and frameworks quickly as RPA technologies evolve.
