What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it) In this client-facing role, you'll collaborate closely with businesses to assess their current B-BBEE compliance status, identify areas for improvement, and assist in the strategic planning and implementation of B-BBEE initiatives. You'll play a crucial role in preparing clients for B-BBEE verification, addressing any queries, and ensuring all documentation complies with the latest legislation. What you’ll need You’ll need a Bcom degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management and 2 plus years of experience in B-BBEE consulting, with a strong foundation in B-BBEE legislation, Codes of Good Practice, and Sector Codes. Your exceptional communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team will set you apart. We’re looking for someone that’s confident, assertive and highly accountable. Attention to detail is extremely critical in this important role. You’ll need to have strong relationship building and communication skills.
