Treasury Technology Support Consultant - FIS Integrity Your role: As a lead in our Treasury Technology Support team, you will be responsible for providing expert functional support to resolve highly complex issues, specifically for our clients implementing and using FIS Integrity. You will work closely with our global clients to ensure that issues are resolved in a concise and timely manner. Your knowledge of treasury processes and systems and integration with other modules and third parties will add value to the organization. You will upgrade unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate remedy. Why are we hiring? Due to our successful growth and large number of client engagements, we are recruiting a talented individual who has some work experience in finance and treasury to join and manage our highly experienced Treasury Technology Support team during this exciting phase of international growth. Skills to be successful: Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a treasury analyst or functional support position and/or implementation experience. A bachelor's degree and/or previous experience as a consultant in treasury operations. Knowledge in Treasury and Treasury Management Systems, In-House Banking, Payment Factories, Bank Connectivity. FIS Integrity knowledge and implementation experience is a MUST. Knowledge of other TMS such as Kyriba, SAP, IT2 will be considered a plus. Knowledge of bank connectivity and messaging (eg, API, SWIFTNet, FTP/sFTP, EBICS, MQ Series). Extremely client focused and experienced in resolving challenging problems and creating practical solutions. Able to react quickly and work to tight deadlines. Strong listening and problem‑solving skills. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Familiar with day‑to‑day treasury operations and processes.
