Role Responsibilities Solid background in public and private sector land infrastructure projects from township to site-specific scale. Knowledge and experience working with relevant engineering codes, standards, and practices. Advanced computer skills, proficient in CAD software. Knowledge of civil engineering analysis software such as PCSWMM, Civil Designer, Civil 3D, Wadiso, etc. Understanding of BIM processes. Work-winning, client-facing skills and experience. Assist in preparing and coordinating tenders/bids; contribute to winning work initiatives. Establish clear project goals and manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring delivery meets expectations. Lead design teams in project delivery. Produce technical reports, specifications, and bills of quantities. Act as a senior project-level client contact. Resolve project issues independently. Motivate project teams, generate enthusiasm, and maintain personal interest in achieving targets. Collaborate across disciplines and geographies as a team player. Be confident, well-spoken, disciplined, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. BSc/BEng Degree or B Tech in Civil Engineering. Registered Professional Engineer with ECSA. Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a land infrastructure design specialist, particularly in municipal and site-specific services. Proficient in CAD.
