We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions to streamline business operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements and build efficient, scalable bots using UiPath / Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere / Power Automate or other. Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities. Design and develop RPA bots, workflows, and scripts using (preferred RPA tool). Collaborate with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT of automation solutions. Maintain and monitor existing bots for performance, errors, and updates. Document technical designs, process workflows, and configurations. Ensure security and compliance standards are met in all automation solutions. Work with cross-functional teams including IT, business operations, and QA. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots in production. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as : UiPath (preferred) / Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere / Power Automate Strong understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram. Experience with REST / SOAP APIs and integrating bots with third‑party systems. Familiarity with databases (SQL, Oracle) and Excel automation. Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
