About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Commercial to lead our Commercial Department. The successful candidate will ensure that Alistair Group maximizes profitability while delivering exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities Drive profitability and customer satisfaction across all commercial activities. Develop and implement pricing models and strategies to position Alistair as a market leader. Manage and mentor the client liaison team to ensure seamless customer service. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients. Oversee preparation of quotations, competitor analysis, and financial reconciliations. Provide monthly reports on commercial trends, market rates, and future opportunities. Lead tender processes and pipeline development for new business. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior commercial role. Relevant tertiary education and proven track record in a similar position. Required Skills Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in pricing models and financial analysis. Industry experience in logistics and / or mining is an advantage. Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
