Job Description As an Oracle BRM Developer, you will play a key role in implementing and customizing Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) solutions across various modules, including Subscription Management, Pricing, Rating, Billing, Invoicing, and Discount Configuration. Key Responsibilities Apply hands‑on development experience in Oracle BRM implementation. Use BRM client tools such as Customer Center, Development Center, Pricing Design Center, ECE, OCOMC and BI Publisher (BIP) for invoicing. Work on at least 2–3 migration or green‑field projects. Develop BRM opcodes and perform opcode customization, implementations and configurations. Implement online mediation solutions using Elastic Charging Engine (ECE), cartridge development and Product Design Center. Write complex SQL/PLSQL queries for data extraction and optimization. Apply knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Work in Unix‑based operating systems (Solaris, Linux, etc.). Leverage cloud technologies (Azure/OCI/AWS) to build APIs and distributed programming solutions. Integrate Oracle BRM customizations with other system components via web services. Define best implementation guidelines and recommendations for solution customizations and integration. Requirements (Must Have) Oracle BRM configuration and development expertise. Experience with BRM opcode development, customization, implementation and configuration. Strong SQL/PLSQL skills. Knowledge of Unix operating systems. Good to Have Oracle ECE (Elastic Charging Engine) experience. OCOMC (Oracle Communications Offline Mediation Controller). Java, C, C++. Shell/Perl scripting. Oracle PLSQL.
