Reporting This position reports to the Digital Campaign Specialist Team Lead. Responsibilities Ensure effective campaign planning and execution, against set targets and budgets. Manage the full life cycle involvement in digital advertising campaigns from enquiry stage to campaign completion. Assist with proposals where necessary; booking of campaigns into Asana and checking against the marketing calendar, insertion orders and contract completion; ensure work does not commence without signed insertion orders; prompt buyers and suppliers for briefs, check stock, align on brief objectives. Liaise with the client on creative assets, manage through to approval; liaise with clients on focus products, set up meetings etc. Plan, project‑manage, schedule, and implement comprehensive all‑advertising campaigns to achieve established marketing objectives. Compile POE once campaign is live on site. Compile a full report and send a detailed report to clients once the campaign has ended. Work alongside the Performance Campaign Manager and Account Managers on campaign strategies. Evaluate non‑performers and connect with publishers to enhance campaign performance; monitor scheduled delivery and find ways to optimise based on client success metrics. Daily analysis of campaign performance and delivery; troubleshoot targeting issues, resolve any traffic issues and reconcile discrepancies. Schedule and book approved campaigns into the Asana project management system, cross‑referencing with the master calendars and Google Sheets. Participate in the Telethon sales drive monthly; develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness and achieve advertising goals. Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across various channels; collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content aligned with the overall strategy. Utilise analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights to improve future campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to suggest and implement innovative campaign ideas. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within the allocated resources. Coordinate with external agencies or vendors, when necessary, to support campaign objectives. Qualifications & Experience An advertising/marketing or related qualification (Higher Certificate). Minimum 2 years of digital campaign management experience. Attributes Required Smart, hard‑working, with demonstrable integrity. A passion for online and digital marketing is essential. Bias towards action and solution‑oriented. A self‑starter and fast learner with an active thirst for knowledge. Willing to take direction and able to work independently, demonstrating initiative. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to multi‑task and meet tight deadlines. Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Confident, with very strong interpersonal & communication skills and a proven ability to build productive relationships quickly. A strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Office. Expertise in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to make informed decisions and optimisations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and implement innovative campaign ideas. Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
