Duties & Responsibilities Assess and authorise medical procedures and hospital admissions according to clinical protocols. Liaise with healthcare providers, members, and internal departments. Ensure compliance with medical scheme rules and health legislation. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently. Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum Requirements: Registered Nurse (with valid SANC registration) or equivalent healthcare qualification. 1–2 years' experience in Managed Care Operations or Pre-Authorisation. Familiarity with medical scheme rules and healthcare regulations. Strong communication and administrative skills. Previous work in Medical Aid or Health Insurance sectors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
