This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Junior Project Manager or PMO professional to gain exposure to enterpriseâlevel programmes, strong governance practices, and clear career progression. You will work closely with the Programme Manager and multiple project teams, contributing directly to the success of a highâvisibility initiative. Why you should work here: Exposure to a largeâscale, enterprise transformation programme Strong governance, structured delivery, and bestâpractice PMO environment Opportunity to develop endâtoâend project delivery skills Clear career progression for high performers Immediate, fullâtime role within a collaborative programme team Key Responsibilities: Support Programme and Project Managers with dayâtoâday coordination and delivery activities Schedule, prepare for, and minute governance meetings, workshops, and forums Produce weekly and monthly status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and SteerCo packs Maintain programme documentation, templates, trackers, and repositories with strong version control Track milestones, actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions across workstreams Support stakeholder communication, updates, and followâups Assist with planning, delivery tracking, testing coordination, cutover planning, and goâlive support Provide administrative, financial, and resourcing support (POs, invoices, onboarding) Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile: Education: Relevant Project Management qualification (certification required) Experience: Previous experience in a PMO, project support, or junior project management role Exposure to large or complex programmes is advantageous Skills: Solid understanding of project management principles and governance Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proactive, adaptable, and solutionsâdriven mindset Apply now For more exciting IT vacancies, please visit:ð
