**MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Project Management training or certification (e.g., CAPM, Agile Fundamentals) is advantageous

1-3 years’ experience in a project coordination or junior project management role

Exposure to IT or business systems projects preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Experience with Jira or other project tracking tools is advantageous

Assist with scheduling, documentation, and minutes

Monitor and follow up on action items

Maintain project documentation and RAID logs

Provide status updates to the Senior PM or PMO Lead

Coordinate meetings and workshops

Contribute to process improvements

Grow knowledge of project governance and SDLC
