The Senior Manager testing is responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure effective quality control and test automation. The incumbent will have an in-depth understanding of project management, software engineering and agile principles, as demonstrated by experience with creating strategies, budgets and analyses. The role will include utilizing functional automation tools to extend capability of Business Acceptance Test, preparing and approving standard operating procedures, protocols and other technical documentation, supervising, managing, supporting and evaluating personnel, development of detailed test plans, and defining and executing on defect management processes, monitoring and communicating the test project status. The test manager oversees the technical controls of the test processes and measures the quality of tools and applications for optimal automation.
