What You'll Be Doing Procure materials, stock items, ad‑hoc commodities, and services with precision and efficiency Manage purchasing and replenishment cycles while tracking and reporting monthly cost savings Resolve supplier invoice queries and maintain daily order follow‑ups Provide weekly outstanding order updates and bi‑weekly open requisition reports Support pricing comparisons and assist in negotiating trade terms and discount structures with suppliers Build and maintain strong, lasting supplier relationships Handle ad‑hoc procurement tasks as business needs evolve What You Must Bring (Non‑Negotiable) Minimum 5 years' purchasing/procurement experience – we need hands‑on expertise, not theory Sharp memory with exceptional attention to detail Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities; you use data to make informed decisions and identify root causes Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities Experience in tracking cost savings and generating procurement reports Advantageous Procurement Degree, Diploma, or related qualification The Person We're Looking For Thinks outside the box and brings creative solutions to procurement challenges Thrives in structured, process‑driven environments while remaining adaptable to change Has immaculate time management and can work independently or as part of a team Communicates professionally with excellent telephone and email etiquette Is deadline‑driven, proactive, and maintains the highest integrity Possesses commercial acumen and understands procurement best practices Is proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) We're specifically looking for experienced professionals who can demonstrate their procurement track record.
