Job Objective:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer or Civil Technologist with specialized expertise in civil structures design to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to the design, analysis, and implementation of a wide range of civil infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project designs, drawings, and specifications for civil infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other professionals to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
  • Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and timelines.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance throughout project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support staff.
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports and communicate effectively with company seniors.
Software Utilization:
  • Proficient in Prokon software suite for structural analysis and design.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk AutoCAD for 2D drawing.
  • Experience with Tekla Structures for 3D modeling and fabrication drawings.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for 3D modeling.
  • Knowledge of Robot software for structural analysis and design.
  • Familiarity with Idea Statica for Structural Steel Connection Designs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology.
  • Minimum of (X) years' experience in civil engineering with a focus on structural design.
  • Strong technical skills and expertise in civil engineering software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
