Role Overview OES Optimization Sales Consultant at Atlas Copco . Promote and sell OES products to drive growth and profitability. Responsibilities Promote and sell optimization products and services for OES growth. Visit pre‑qualified leads and present AIRScan audit results. Build quotations, follow up until conversion and push monthly closures. Prospect new channels and partners for optimization products. Identify and train appointed AIRnet installers and manage invoicing of AIRnet milestones. Survey satisfaction after solution delivery and prospect competitor pricing. Serve as main touch point with Service Sales Engineers and other divisions for lead hunting. Promote and grow Airscan business to the customer base and develop a proactive sales philosophy. Improve our 1:1 ratio and promote Service Level Agreements. Qualifications Grade 12 and sales/marketing qualifications are crucial. A hunter salesperson with an independent, competitive spirit focused on upselling. Technical acumen to grasp concepts and provide solutions to customers. Experience in Atlas Copco products and services (preferable). Customer service and hunter sales experience, strong communication skills. Ability to work independently, drive self‑development and be a cohesive team player. Good administrative, organizational and practical computer knowledge.
