Offshore Personnel Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end crewing operations, including crew planning, selection, mobilization, rotation, and demobilization. Manage and maintain accurate crew databases, ensuring all certifications, training, and medical requirements are up to date. Coordinate with project managers, vessel masters, and HR teams to ensure optimal crew allocation for offshore projects. Ensure compliance with local and international maritime regulations (MLC, STCW, IMO, and flag state requirements). Job Description The Crewing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of crew management and logistics for offshore operations. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, or related discipline. Minimum of 10 years' experience in crewing or offshore personnel management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Proven experience working within Middle East offshore operations (e.g., Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar). Benefits All relocation costs and standard benefits will be provided.
