  • Regularly inspect buildings, grounds, equipment, and facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement
  • Assist, repair and maintenance work on buildings, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, appliances, and other equipment to maintain the operational functionality of the lodge
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards in all maintenance activities
  • Stock control and reports


Candidate Requirements:
  • Exceptional Assistant General Maintenance experience of at least 5 years
  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge of maintenance systems and equipment
  • Report writing skills
  • Reliable and adaptable
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Microsoft Office, especially with good Excel Skills
  • Valid RSA ID required
  • Valid Drivers License and PDP required
