This role involves understanding customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of product initiatives.**Key Responsibilities*** Engage with customers to gather requirements, understand needs, and inform product decisions.* Lead the execution of a product roadmap for a single feature area, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives.* Analyze data to inform decisions, evaluate options, and recommend actions.* Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and analytics, to prioritize features and improve customer experience.* Contribute to go-to-market activities, training, and supporting internal stakeholders.* Participate in process improvements and provide input to product strategy.**Required Skills & Competencies:*** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.* Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both business and technical teams.* Collaborative mindset and ability to build effective relationships across teams.* Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.* Curiosity and willingness to learn and develop professionally.**Experience:*** 2–3 years in product management, business analysis, QA, or related roles.* Experience managing projects, engaging with customers, and collaborating with technical teams.**Education:*** Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.**Technical Skills (Desirable):*** Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, or Python.* Understanding of technology architecture and ability to work with developers to understand technical constraints.**Work in a way that works for you**We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
