Monitor stock and maintain operational readiness. Assist in training learner scientists to build future capabilities. Engage in positive client interactions, reinforcing Ampath’s reputation as a trusted partner in healthcare. Qualifications and Skills National Diploma in Medical Technology (Histology) or BSc MLS. Registered with the HPCSA as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist in Histology. 0 – 5 years of experience in a pathology laboratory setting. Proficient in using computer technology to support laboratory operations and data analysis. Fluency in English for clear communication across teams and with clients. Strong numerical reasoning to support accuracy in calculations and data interpretation. Strong communication skills to foster a people-centric culture that ignites engagement and collaboration.
