We're looking for an experienced Data and Analytics Specialist to join our team and help further develop our data strategy. This is a crucial role where you'll be responsible for shaping our data culture and ensuring our data and analytics capabilities directly contribute to our business growth and client success. About the Role As a Data and Analytics Specialist, you will be a pivotal member of our data department. You'll play a crucial role in shaping our data infrastructure and analytical processes. You will work closely with other departments to align our data strategy with overall business objectives and help develop innovative data solutions that give our marketing teams and clients a competitive edge. Responsibilities Develop and maintain internal tools using Python and web frameworks like Django or Flask for automation and reporting. Oversee the development and maintenance of our data infrastructure and data pipelines using Python, SQL, and NoSQL databases. Design and implement sophisticated data solutions for client campaign tracking, optimization, and reporting. Establish and enforce best practices for data security, quality, and governance, including access controls and compliance. Monitor and optimize system performance across our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), troubleshooting issues, and ensuring reliability. Partner with marketing, sales, and client service teams to identify business needs and deliver actionable insights. Regularly present key data insights and project updates to leadership and stakeholders. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data and analytics or similar role. Deep expertise in back-end development, specifically Python and web frameworks (Django / Flask). Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience in data processing, analysis, and ETL processes (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, BigQuery). Strong strategic and analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex business problems using data. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Interested?
